Welcome to Nicepets, if this is you’re first visit, you should read the “Becoming a User, and the Basics” part of this page. If you need help, ask it in a comment and a helper will answer.

1. Becoming a User, and the Basics - To become a user you need to have a WordPress account. To get a WordPress account go here. When you join Nicepets, you will 3 free items. One sword (for the Battle Arena), one food item, and a couple of coins. These items will go into your inventory. When you sign-up for Nicepets (to sign-up, go here and make a comment saying you would like to sign-up) you will get a link e-mailed to you. This link will lead to your inventory. All the items you get will go into your inventory. From there you can: feed your pet, put an item into your shop (which you also get from joining), and more. Every user has a page for their inventory. In your inventory, you can also view how many Nicourrency you have and your pets. To do almost anything on this site, you must comment saying what you would like to do (E.G. In a shop, you want to buy something so you would say, “I want to buy ____”).
2. Battle Arena – To play you need at least one pet to use to fight. You have a few weak basic attacks. However, it’s better to buy weapons from the weapon shops to fight the more dangerous opponents. Some weapon shops are at Minetown, the best quality, Main City, the second best quality, and there are medium weapons at the Minetown. To attack an opponent, put in a comment, “Attacks (your opponent) with (an item) and (a default attack).” You don’t have to use an item if you don’t want to. Need help or don’t understand? Ask a question in a comment and a staff member may answer it. If you want to fight against a 1 player, you need to have an admin on to say what the enemy does. That is why, 2 player is more recommended. We will have stats for all the weapons, so you can see.
3. Trading - Go to the trading room and if there is anyone on, comment and say what you would like to trade. This will be updated shortly. Be sure you make a wise decision! Make a comment to advertise what you would like to trade. You cannot trade money, but you can receive it in your trade. When you have finished a trade you cannot re-trade unless the other person wants to. The item or items that you receive from trading will be put in your inventory usually before 24 hours are over. You can still put an item in your shop from your inventory even if the item isn’t in your inventory yet.
4. Shops - From your shop you can sell things. To put something up for sale, comment on your inventory saying “Put _____ (an item) in my shop for ____ (however much NC you want to put it up for).” Your shop should be updated as soon as possible then. To buy something from a shop simply comment and the item you bought will be transferred to your inventory as soon as possible. The Nicourrency will be transferred from you to the person whom you bought an item from.
5. Events - Every now and then for a short period of time we will edit a page and make you be able to get something from an event on a page. When that happens, comment on that page saying “I saw (event) happened to me at (whatever time it was when you saw the event).” Warning: Some events are bad.
